PHILADELPHIA (AP) - A judge has ordered a Pennsylvania mayor's removal from office over a decades-old felony conviction.
The Delaware County District Attorney's office announced the judge's ruling Wednesday against 54-year-old Morton Democratic Mayor Bruce Blunt.
